New York Auto Rental is an independent comparison and referral site. We don't own vehicles, set prices, hold reservations or process payments, so we have no access to your booking record. For anything about a rental you've already made — changing dates, a deposit or security hold, insurance cover, a cancellation or a refund — contact the rental supplier or the booking partner shown on your confirmation email. They hold your reservation and are the only ones who can change it.
